I was at a County Recorders office this morning when I....

overheard a conversation I probably should have stayed out of. There as a man at the counter next to me and he was trying to get some papres recorded and the clek told him that since the stamp was upside down she could not accept the docs. I thought I'd stick my two cents in and asked why it mattered. The clerk told me that they had to have the stamp right side up. The next tupid question I asked was what do you do in the case of an embosser? The clerk looked at me quizziclly and asked "what's an embosser"
