Does anyone find them to be cheap?? They've called me twice this week and I've given them my standard fee $75.00 and they said they would have it get it approved but never called back. Was just wondering anyone elses input on this company??? thanks

We do take some signings from them if we can work them in and they are in town, What we have done for them have been clean packages delivered to the borrower and easy. They do pay on time when stated on the confirmation. We have had no problems. Pay could stand to be a little better.

They pay low but the docs always seem to be in good order and they pay as promised. They have met the price of $65 for a refi. The Helocs they only go to $50

They do pay as stated on their confirmation page. They may have a low fee but that is usually within a 7 mile radius from my home. They are a good company to do business with. The docs are usually overnight to the borrower.

I agree. Their documents are clean and usually problem free. I can usually do a refinance and HELOC package in less time than it takes to do a single refinance from some companies. They pay when they say they are going to pay. I would highly recommend working with them.

I have done a couple from them and I had no problem with them. As stated on previous post low but pays on time.
