LSI and WM

LSI is now doing WM loans.

LSI requires extensive fax backs to the lender as well as the usual minimal faxbacks to LSI.

This is similar to Chase requirements with another TC.

Be warned and quote your fees accordingly.

Loan packages are very clean. Signings go smoothly.

I recently had a signing for LSI/Chase. I was instructed by the SS NOT to fax back. Very clean signings. I wish they all were that smooth.

I was called by LSI to be there "preferred agent" in my area. She had said I sent back one of their loans (that was a split send) correctly and sent it back in time to fund on time. I told her I remembered that loan all to well. As a matter of fact, I remember saying to myself, this is too much work to be paid from a SS when I was getting the packages ready for sending. I looked at it as a learning experience.

To Melody

Just curious, are the WM loans refinances or Helocs?

Re: To Melody

Both. The helocs are simple. The 1st refis are the ones requiring 20+ pages of fax backs to lender.
