Married vs Single woman

I have a closing tomorrow morning and on some documents the borrrower appears as married woman joined by her husband and some documents state single woman. When I was conforming the appointment the borrower requested that all documents shoul state single woman. What should I do? The title company is not responding untill tomorrow morning.

Don't you just love when the borrower wants to dictate

what should go where?

The way I see it there is not much you can do until the TC gets back to you. FYI, if I recall correctly,
Single (man/woman) means never been married,
Unmarried (man/woman) means been married before but not now.
