Milo'o 24/7 signing service

A questions was asked a couple of weeks ago about this signing service. I recieved a check from Milo on time as promised. So far , so good.

They asked me to sign their contract which states that if the borrower does not sign or the loan cancels you only get paid $25. I made some amendments and faxed it back and haven't heard back from them since.

I'm glad you got paid.

I received a call from Milo's Signing Service this morning to do a signing in a town 1.5 hours away from me today. We agreed on a fee, but the contract did not reflect that fee and the promise only a $25.00 trip fee no matter what if the borrower cancels or does not sign. I sent them a fax saying the contract had to reflect the actual amount I was to be paid and the trip fee was unacceptable low. They called me back and said they would find someone else. They were pleasant enough about it, but quite frankly that gave me pause.

Update on Milo's for anyone searching

This is an addendum to my previous posting. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on previous postings as anyone can have a bad day and I did not mention any problem because they paid well. However after being hired by them a couple more times, I need to give a thumbs down on the SS. They can't get edocs to me, the signing is cancelled and they fail to notify me, send docs overnight for a saturday signing and did not request sat service (twice). They are nice enough, however I asked them to get someone else as what they pay, while not rock bottom (70 + 25 doc fee if applicable) is not worth the pain and suffering of doing business with them. There is always some kind of issue.

S/B "paid promptly", not "paid well"

Their pay is only mediocre
