I cannot seem to get my picture to come up on my profile. I just uploaded a new one and all I see when I go to view it is a red x representing where the picture ought to be. Anyone have a suggestion?

Same thing happened to me. I had to email Harry in the feedback section and he had me email him the picture ane he uploaded it. Never could figured out what happened.

We are not aware of any outstanding issues or problems related to the upload of pictures. In fact, the ratio of problems to successful uploads is about 1:100. When uploading, keep these guidelines in mind:
1) The file should be a GIF or JPG. We have seen people attempt to upload bitmaps (BMP), which will not work.
2) The file name should not contain special characters and, preferably, not spaces. Examples of good file names would be:
my_picture.jpg
pro-photo.gif
3) The ideal file size is 60-100Kb and the best format for pictures (between GIF and JPG) is JPG.

I had the same problem trying to upload my picture in netscape, so I went to internet explorer and it downloaded fine.
