NREIS and Equity Real Estate Solutions FYI
Looks like these are one and the same. NREIS must be parent company of several companies and has ties with several more.

Yes, this seems to be true and they all pay differently. What's up with that!

I know that NREIS schedules for IREP and if you're registered with one company, you are also registered with the other. I did a Google search to try to find an address and or website for Equity Real Estate Solutions, but turned up nothing. I also hit the orange search button here, but couldn't find anything.
Does anyone have contact info for Equity Real Estate Solutions?

They don't pay on time and give you "sweetie" names if you call.

I should register with them just so I can be called names of endearment. I've been married for 27 years now and haven't been called sweetie for the last 25 of those years.

When I make a mistake I'm the first to admit it and this was a big one.The above mentioned companies are great and I have no complanits. It was the one next to their listing on my books that was the stinker.Go with NREIS anytime you can.

Same here....I really like working with them. They have never asked me to lower my fee, and the documents are usually neat and easy to work with.

NREIS is great to work for. Everyone I talk to is very nice and they pay great. They also check the milage before they call and are more than willing to add extra if it is out of your usual area. I try to take all from them I can get.

Re: And ATM
I received a fax (Vendor Expiration Notification) from NFRES - their Vendor Maintenance Department. I received this fax in the middle of the night. Immediately following the receipt of this fax (I happened to be up that night and watched them come in), I next received one from ATM Corporation of America. Looks exactly the same except for the name, address and phone numbers.

Re: And ATM
Ever notice who sends your NFRES confirmations? It comes from ATM. Unless you have your own fax line and caller ID on that line, you probably don't realize this. (Caller ID says "ATM Corp" though there is no CSID on the fax header.) Apparently (and this is just a guess on my part), ATM does the schedule processing for NFRES. Thus, the similarity (okay, exact duplicates) of the forms used by NFRES and ATM.
