I found them a good company to work with and have no complaints with payment. As some have complained they may try to lowball fee. Sometimes they have met me fee and sometimes not. Make your own decision.

Good ole Nations Direct. Its a crap shoot. I never waiver on my fee, sometimes they meet it, sometimes they dont.

They've been around for ages, have good support staff and pay regularly. Just don't do any of their $40 signings, as they have a number of lenders that are more reasonable in their fees. Same comments apply to their sister company, Global Notary.

Did you laugh? That's a highly unreasonable fee!

They pay me $150 a pop! Seriously folks...

They tried to get me to take $125, I said I'm sorry I can't... so they gave me $150.
And I've had 3 signings for them in 2 weeks.
With the 20 phone calls you get from them, and the fax back requirements... $150 is my best offer. I noticed on the HUD they were getting paid $100. I felt bad... for about 2 seconds. When I know they make $60 on some of you because you accept the $40 or lets even say $50... I know they are making money!
And once again to be said if we ALL BANDED together... we could make the minimum fee $75. I realize many of you are starting out and feel you have to take it.... but with pay that low I would consider a job that pays a set salary with benefits like health insurance and paid vacation and sick time.

BAND TOGETHER!! Do not take less than 70!!!

YES, I refuse to take less that 70.00 for anything, as the gas goes up my price goes up. If they don' want to pay it, I don't want to do it!!!
