Nations Direct

Did anyone else get an e-mail asking if they had dual tray printer for Ditech signings? I replied back to see what they were paying, and they replied back $40.00 +$20.00 printing fee. I replied back, with a "NO THANKS".

From personal experience, unless you like excessive hand-holding and being required to do tons of fax-backs, give Nations Direct a pass.

Fax Backs

How about 48 pages needing to be faxed back on a 150 page Ditech loan....kept signing and notarizing the same docs over and over....borrowers just laughed...."didnt we just sign one of those????"
took 15 minutes for the fax to go though.

Re: Fax Backs

48 page fax backs are why I won't work for them. They don't want to pay my fee for doing the fax back. My slow fax would take a lot more than 15 minutes to do a 48 page fax and I don't have time to sit and pull all of that out of the package, then figure out where in the package all those items are supposed to go.

I have been tempted (before I started charging a fax back fee) to simply fax the entire package and let the SS sort it out!

Re: Fax Backs

That's exactly what I did. (Faxed the entire package back.) I didn't care how long it took and programed the send to do it at 1 AM and again at 3 AM. I wanted to make sure they got it! Smiley I haven't done a Ditech since and, to be honest, don't have any inclination to do another one.

Re: Fax Backs

I use to do them if they were really close by but since they require dual trays, I don't do work for them anymore. (I don't have dual trays and don't intend on getting any just for Ditech. If the other companies I work for required it, I would consider it)
