Not available?????

I just received a package, on every page of the mortgage by the initials blank it states not available, also on all tax forms, agreements and affidavits etc.. Anyone know what this is about? Just a typo??

I called the SS, not sure what is means. it is typed NOT AVAILABLE on the edge of many pages, who knows, they advised me to use these Docs (Overnighted), I will put a post-it note on the package. Thanks!

Probably means "not applicable." n/m
