Part 2 to borrowers in different states-- need a CA answer
Preliminary change of ownership report--- this is a refi but when i review doc it appears to be a purchse form that is then filed with your county assessor (in indiana it would be the auditor). Am i looking at this document correctly or it filled out on all loans in CA be it refinance or purchase.. loan closing at 9 this morning and i actually got documents the night before and have a chance to review...woo woo.

I would think this would only be in the docs if there was a change in ownership, be it Grant deed or sale, change in vested name ect. But some else may shed more light on this.

hmm possible i guess... sister is the one in CA signing docs. so they could be adding her or him for that matter.
