I would like to persoanlly apaologize to any notaries who have experienced issues. We are working diligently to resolve any issues that are still pending. Please contact me if you have anything that needs resolution. We have recently hired a full time admin to make sure that everyone is taken care of. She is handling payroll. We average nearly 500 signings per month but it seems that a much greater percentage of people that have problems voice them than the notaries that have had positive experieinces. Although I did worry after I read some people saying the checks had bounced, I contacted Tiffany, was assured the check would clear, and so far, it seems to have without a problem.

(She explained there'd been a mix-up at the bank which was straightened out.)
