Pinnacle Real Estate

I received an E-mail inviting me to join the Pinnacle family. I ran a search and see that (message 61187) they sold effective September 15, 2005. I also see that they are rated 4 1/2 stars.

Problem is, the email I got says they only pay $50.00. How could they be 4 1/2 stars at that pay rate??? Am I missing something? Perhaps a new fee schedule for the new owner's?

I just got a packet from them too stating $50.

They also will deduct $10 for notary mistakes and "YOU also will be required to pay the overnight shipping fee for the original All Purpose Acknowledgement that is needed for the lender".

I declined.
