I am about to update my profile. I noticed some have pics and some do not. Do you think it makes a difference? If I do add can it be a casual pic? Must I have my work clothes on? I will also be adding webpage IF I can ever complete it, I do think that will help. Any suggestions on what to and not to do will be greatly appreciated! TIA!

I would suggest having a professional picture, but I've seen a lot of casual pictures up, too. Of course being dressed in professional attire is the better way to go

Cris- check out my pic in my profile. I have had lots of positive comments on it. It's not the usual. I got it at RealEstateCARTOONS.COM or (something to that effect)
