I have done signings for LandAmerica One Stop before, but has anyone heard or done signings for LandAmerica Signing Services, Inc. ?? I did a search and found nothing.

LandAm Signing Services (OSS) is the "signing agency" arm of LandAmerica. So, nothing has really changed. You still return the package to LandAm OneStop.
