SA instructions read "QAC Audit Complete Stamp, signed and

dated, must be verified or loan wont close. It is clearly indicated that this is for the Notary ro verify, but what is it and how do I verify it? a first for me! Thanks guys!

Personally, I've never heard of such a document. What sort of text is in it ... I mean, what is it asking that you verify? (The initials suggest "Quality and control," but of what? Is this in reference to identity? # of documents in the pack?)

It nothing that you will have a problem signing. You'll be ok when you see it. You do need to fill it out and sign.
