I just got a call from this company for an Email docs job today. I refused and told the agent that it was because the sites are full of no pay complaints about them. Her response was that these notices were posted by a lot of unemployed notaries. She claimed they have an excellent pay schedule.

The woman said "they have an excellent pay schedule". Too bad they don't adhere to it. Or, it it excellent for the company? (pay in 180 days if get 6 or more total calls, faxes, inquiries for BBB)

I'm currently sitting on 3 invoices as far back as January 26, 2005, March 18, 2005, and April 23, 2005. They still have the gall to call on occasion to try to get me to take an assignment. As an "unemployed Notary" I have filled two notary journals since April 23rd and am about to fill the 3rd. No one else is over 40 days (all but 2 are under 30 days).
BTW, since SOX says I'm unemployed do I get to collect Unemployment Insurance?

Ya'll wont believe this but I just went out to the mailbox after hearing the mail truck while posting the last entry. I now have only 1 invoice (other than the 3 from SOX) that is 30 to 40 days.

I used to do signings for them, but no more. They are the worst paying signing service out there. Stay away from them...they are bad news!
