Slow EOM?

Is it just me, or are others experiencing this? I had 3 today, have NOTHING tomorrow, and only 3 on Wednesday. Almost all are Citi banks. I had 1 last minute call today, but it was cancelled by the borrower. I hope this is just for September...

Yes, this is one of my slowest months in Florida. Maybe its the Hurricanes and the Mortgage Companies' fear of issuing Mortgages at this time??? Could be Mortgage Companies waited for the increase in the federal rate. I don't know. But it is slow.

Slower then most, but still steady enough. I turned down more then normal tonight due to low rates. Why is it that the cheap SSs pop up out of no where @ EOM? $75 for edocs, are you kidding?

It's dead here in NY...haven't had anything decent in a month. ("Decent" meaning, "not the $40-$50 calls I'm getting....) Hey, gas here is expensive! $40-$50 ain't gonna cut it here! Good luck everybody...I hope it picks up for us all real soon!

I had a sow start but i have busted hump the past 5 days and made double of what i normally make at an end of month here in FL. I think with the holiday in the beginning of the month and the hurricane it slowed things down for a bit but it is playing catch up. Yesterday btw I believe was the last day off the month for things to fund. I am actually looking forward to being home before 10 pm (or 11 pm like last night) for once.

Proved to be steady

Started with a bang and then fizzled in the middle and then picked up again. So I guess I would say I've stayed steady this month.

Yet, my sister and brother-in-law in central Florida were pretty steady this month.
Most of mine were actually mid-month this month.
