Stamp placement - does it matter? HELP!!!

I had a signing and the place for the seal was the opposite side that my raised seal is made to go on. The lettering on the circle will be upside down (and this is on the DOT) so my name will be upside down and the county will be at the top. Are there any issues with that???? I am worried since it is the DOT. I have an ink stamp on order but it isnt here yet.

Thank you - I did not stamp through anything but was worried about the direction... you are awesome and HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND - SAY LOTS OF PRAYERS FOR THOSE IN THE GULF!!!!
