Stewart Title/deep green

I have to just let this forum know about my experience with Stewart title - Deep Green Mortgages. I had heard good and bad things but I have to honestly say they were the easiest closings to do. Not only that but I have received my payment within 2 weeks (actually less) with not 1 hassle!! Just wanted to share good news! Thanks all

there are no payment problems when your loan closes as it should. the payment issues arise when borrowers are a no show, they don't sign or the loan doesn't fund. I had invoices close to a year old and had to contact the president of the company in order to get any results. This was when they were in TX.
