Swiftview Software Program.....has anyone else had problems

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone else had problems trying to download Loan Documents with Swiftview? Any advice or information about the program would be appreciated.

Does one have to "purchase" it before they can download documents with it, or is it available for free like Adobe Acrobat Reader?

This one is kind of a chore the first time. The only thing I can tell you is: follow the directions given and BE VERY PATIENT. For a looooonnnggg time, it looks like absolutely nothing at all is going on. There's a screen that says (close to this anyway) Java Applet initializing. Eventually, you'll see a bunch of #### which will slowly increase in number until you have about two lines of them. Then things start happening. PATIENCE. The 'program' is free.
