Please e-mail me with your contact info. Last week I had two signing requests for Monument and the Springs, even though I don't specifically advertise those areas. They asked me for referrals and I couldn't find any info on NotRot for you. They were willing to meet my fee, but if it happens again, it would be a lot closer for you.
