Things that make you go hmmmmm?

I have a signing to do tonight and on the bottom of the confirmation it says "print the docs as late as possible in order to limit the possibility of printing docs and then lender making changes to those docs or borrower cancelling loan". Sure looks like this ones going to be messy!

Well, as I suspected, the first set of docs came late. Then they had to be re-done because of some last minute changes. Fortunately, I had only printed about a dozen sheets before I got the call that they had changed. To add to the frustration, one of the new docs was a QCD and the borrower didn't know anything about it. He was unable to get witnesses tonight (and I couldn't help either) so the signing was put off until tomorrow.
