To the Colorado notary ...

whose phone number is blocked and called just as I was beginning a signing with a question as to what a loose certificate is -- PLEASE BE ADVISED that when I told you to call me back, 10:30 at night is NOT an acceptable time for a callback.

Your momma would not be proud of you at all!

This is a great example.....

Of why some people on this board choose to not post under their real names and/or link to their profile.

Re: Additionally ...

unless you are a blood relative, as a common courtesy, DO NOT call after 9:00 p.m. unless you are calling to say you have died.

Borrowers work ALL hours and therefore sleep ALL hours. Unless you already have an *after 9:00 p.m.* appointment and there is a problem with making the appointment time, DO NOT call borrowers until the next day.

Although we've only communicated online and through e-mails, I don't believe your voice is as deep as this caller, but thanks for letting me know it wasn't you. 8-)

If memory serves me right, I think the NNA just recently left town.
