Has anyone worked these people, I got a call earlier from a joann and she wanted to do a signing 25 miles away and I said not for what your asking up the price (due to gas prices) and I will do it , so she uped the price. I had to go to some other signings I had today and when I got home 10:00pm she had sent me 5 emails asking me if I was still going to do this closing and why was I not emailing her. I also had a voice mail from saying why was I not answering or returning her call or emails, she sounded real pushy. I think I might not do this signing because I don't like dealing people like that. I said I was doing the job if she uped the price for what I asked, and she did up the price to what I asked.

I had a call from them today also. They were whining when I wanted to charge an extra $10 because the closing was 48 miles from my home. I also spoke with Joanne. Needless to say I would'nt budge. Another SA I know told me to stay away they pay slow...... if your lucky.

I accepted one from Joann on 8/4. It was email docs and she did not want to meet my fee but did. I told her that I was aware that the owner used to work for Sirianni and that I had reservations re payment. She stated "we pay our notaries." I am going to reserve judgment until I see if and when I get paid. Joann stated that they have offices in Florida and New York. She called from the Florida office. I will follow up on payment next week and will keep the board posted as to payment.

This company does not pay their notaries. Linda is very pushy and beggs people to do the assignments over the phone. She said that she cannot pay extra because she has no funds. Joanne is pushy also.
