While printing up some e-docs last night......

spoke with the escrow company. There was a black band at the bottom of the docs, deed, etc.
Girl from escrow said, "Borrower is going out of town can you get his address, we'll over night his deed and you can give me a jurat." I asked why? She asked wouldn't that work? Then we'll record the deed. I told her it was better to have him notarize the deed when he received it or e-mail me a new deed to print and sign correctly. Got the new deed sent to me, funny how that works.
Guess the moral here is don't rely on others for advice, take any advice tongue in cheek. Know what you're supposed to do and stick by it, then you won't get hurt.
