Wife has POA for husband, she signed DOT for both of them...

BUT, would I lise only her name in the Notary Certificate, since he was not there and I did not acknowledge him???? Please, I need a quick answer.

Where are you?

What state are you in? Different states have different laws concerning certificates and capacity. Without knowing where you are, we really can't help.
