If included with the loan signing I charge an extra $15 bucks. These 10 question surveys are fast and easy and I always have my digital camera with me anyway. Watch out for the ones that require 4 photos, for those I charge $5 per photo extra.

I received the same thing and am waiting on them to get the information to me so we can start those as well. I have done many HFC and Beneficial closings here. I am at the point where I get called by the stores to see how busy I am and when I can make it in before they schedule and they arrange the signing around my schedule. I handle three stores and they try to use me exclusively unless there is just no way I can make it.

Kevin...IREP gets a pinched nerve and will cut you off if you are communicating with the stores directly...be careful on who you say that to. Been there done that Also, I sent an e-mail regarding same and it was bounced back to me. If you get the info/contract, can you send it to me? TIA
