That's how I finally got paid from another company. The fax of the BBB complaint generated an immediate overnight payment. Once the check clears (10 days) then I will change my complaint to resolved.

Yes, Anon, there is a formal complaint form to fill out with the BBB. I simply went to the website, looked up the company I wanted, and filed a complaint. It took about 10 minutes.
