Pays on time but docs are email and very late arriving on day of signing. Don't schedule other jobs because of this. Pay is OK for one loan but not for piggyback if email docs. Jim's attitude is he is the best paying SS company which is far from factual. Title company always tells you the DOCS are ready in 5 more minutes. OK company if you have nothing else to do.
