I've done signings for Mobile Doc's and never have I had an issue with getting paid. In fact, I found them to be one of the better SS's out there.

Wow!!! You must have really messed up to have payment issues with Mobile Doc's. Not only do they pay in a timely manner but they pay their notaries well.

Sharon...based on this and the last thread you started, I just wanted to let you know that you are committing suicide on your career. You are blasting names and being very unprofessional. That's going to spread like wild fire and you'll be done. This is a matter that should be discussed with them directly. (imo)

Also, you never assume the figure on the HUD is your fee and if you did hold the docs, I hope you have a BIG E&O policy. I'm not sure if you'll lose your commission first or your phone stops ringing.

I have discussed this directly. I consider their actions in accusing me of holding docs as defamation of character. Of course I am speaking out. There were mistakes made, but not on my part. I have everything in order if my commision is questioned. My phone is still ringing, and calling the BBB.

Really......Wow.......well I have a question for you........should you have the borrower sign on the "I wish to cancel" line and also on the bottom line where their name is typed? Hmmmmm.......could that be a reason for a loan not to fund? Any competent notaries out there know the answer to that question? Cause I know one notary that doesn't
