need help with swiftview and printing

I have a hp 1320 duplex. It only has one tray so I use legal paper most of the time. I am printing this package and it is doing the duplexing on the note and DOT but it doesn look right ,as one side is shifted to the top and the back of the paper is shifted to the bottom. I tried unchecking the duplexing option from the printer properties but it would not work.

Any ideas on how to make the docs print on one side only?? I think the file by default is printing duplex.

I did also once, then I downloaded it to desk top (save) and copied/printed it from there....many SS's don't allow a third party to view their server.
