can you help me out i got a call to do a first and second mortgage also ,are e-dos also , i am new at this, what is the fees to charge? can anyone help me out? thanks.

If it is your area that your base fee covers we break it down like this: Base Fee x 1.5 plus two edoc fees

Where are you located, State? Were you called by a signing company or the Title Company?
Generally title companies will pay more, no middleman. Did you get your confrimation notice? The fee may be stated on there since you didn't discuss it ahead of time. Let us know and maybe you'll get more responses.
