1 Touch Closings

Anyone ever work for them and are they good or bad?? They're based in Boca Raton, FL - I accepted an assignment on Tuesday (supposed to close yesterday, doubtful) and definitely today, but no docs - phone calls are useless. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Maryanne,
As you know, closings can go smoothly with docs arriving on time and sometimes docs do take longer than the expected. In addition, sometimes closings are pushed next day. Phone calls to our office are always answered and if for whatever reason you cannot reach us by phone, email is always another great option.
