1st and 2nd overnight...

Just curious. Don't most of you still charge 50% (of your base fee) for the second set. Even if it's overnight. I have always done this and I just had a TC basically scold me for adding 50% for the second. She said the only way they do that is if it's edocs. Hmmmm.

I charge 50% more for a second. Where do they get off "scolding" you? It's your business what you charge. Stick with your prices...this job is not an ebay bidding war.

I always add 50% - It seems lately that they don't want to pay that extra cost. I am loosing alot of loans due to Notaries not charging for the second.

I also charge 50% more. I don't care about them being o/n.

Don't let someone tell you how to run your business. As for the scolding...how unprofessional.

I also charge the 50% plus an extra $25 for additional e-docs if it's e-doc

Ok, I have been adding 50% since I started so...

I am not changing now. I just have never been told outright that it was unfair of me to ask more for an o/n second. I just wanted to make sure, thanks.
