No, it was a male. I didn't take down his name because he said he could only do $75 for refi with edocs. So, we ended the conversation. I was just wondering if anyone had heard of them, and if they always do such low balls rates!!!

I turned him down earlier today too. Never heard of them, was busy and didn't feel like getting burned as seems to happen so often at the end of the month. I've never understood why I get so many calls from previously unheard of (by me) signing services the last week or so of the month and then usually have to chase them for payment. No thanks, not today!

Don't blame you. I've never heard of them. The pattern for no pay companies seems to be at the EOM or the last second rush jobs.

Too bad they have to keep calling people...LOL. I just got another call from a CA company wanted me to do the same, plus drive to Boulder!! Tomorrow morning. YIKES!
