called with the offer of $45.00 even tho the package is small thats hard to swollow.Is this the normal fee they offer?I have not worked with them before.

Yes, it's their normal fee. We used to do tons of work for them (at $75 a pkg), but apparently someone is taking that low fee. On the upside, ATM pays quicker than all but one of my regular companies and, if they like your work, they'll use you a lot. Last year ATM was one of our biggest clients.

I used to get my $75 fee approved 80+% of the time. Lately, it's only about 10% of the time. ATM does still call me when they have "difficult" signings, meaning that the original notary screwed up big-time. They definitely meet my fee on those!
