A first for me....
Today I had a closing for an elderly woman that just got out of the hospital. Her son was there with her, along with a family friend. She was quite irritated at all of the docs she had to sign and was complaining about it. (Poor thing, she just got home yesterday.) We were almost done, maybe 8 more pages to go and all of a sudden she says "I can't wait anymore...I've got to go!" She practically ran (dragging her oxygen tank and 30 foot hose!) across the room to her commode and sat down to go potty! I've never had a borrower use the bathroom in the same room as the signing took place before, have any of you? lol Unfortunately, it took her half an hour to return to the table!

I just got back from a 3 hr signing - the guy read every wor
on every page, and had a problem with his wife's name being on the mortgage/note. he was buying this property as a Sole Owner. He wanted to go through with teh signing, and then wants the LO to call the title company to make sure that she is not on the title. So, the TC opens at @ 9.00am EST, and he is asking the LO for his homE # so, he could call and wake him up the TC opens... Hehehehe
After reading through every word and every page he went ahead with the signing.
I had another early morning signing @ 4.45am and the guy kept me waiting for about 20 minutes before coming to the table telling me that he had to poop and is then explaining what his poop looked like... I was all pooped out with this guy by the time I was done and just as I was leaving.. Who do I find...? His dog pooping on his garden/lawn near the driveway. Thank God He didn't decide to poop on my Car...
What a day.. I'm exhausted...

Another day in Paradise!Every word was read and
most were wrong. I'm trying to get enough caffine in me to talk to TC this AM. They aren't open yet! They get to sleep inUgh! Where's the fog horn when you want one?One of them (being LO ) decided to attach MI to the loan when it wasn't supposed to be any. Consequently the numbers were all off and the whole thing almost went south.Hopefully the LO can get in straightened out or 100 miles went down the drain .
