Now I can truly appreciate some earlier comments about being listed on the Settlement Statement. I got my doc and my name is on there.

Being listed on the HUD usually equals SUPER FAST PAYMENT. I wish I was listed on every one!

Yes, payment should be made as soon as the loan funds. This is always good news. If only they were all that way. Hey, maybe we should all start demanding it!!!
