A first for me...

Contacted by SS for signing. Agreed to fee, no problem. Docs arrived 5 minutes later from lender. Called SS to tell them I got the docs, please send confirmation before I proceed. No problem...2 minutes later got the confirmation. Halfway through downloading and printing docs, received email from SS stating the docs have been sent to me (miscommunication...you think????)

This lender was on the ball. I barely say yes and the docs are in my inbox! Nice!
