Called and asked if I was available to do a closing this evening. I told the person that I haven't been paid for the closing I did in February.

If you get a call from these people to do a closing ... beware. You might get paid. And then again, you might not.

I too have done 4 jobs for them in the last 6 weeks starting back on March 9...no pay yet. I think they were formerly known as Signing Star. They are related to New Prime Loans, fka True Home Lending. Keep on the press, Signing Star finally paid me, but not until many calls etc.
