Accusigning

Does anyone know anything about Accusigning in California? I did an Edoc signing for them the other day and now I'm wondering about them. After I sent back the docs, I couldn't reach them. Their confirmation said that if they don't receive the tracking #, then you don't get paid. They didn't answer their phone and their mailbox was full. I have a feeling I'm not going to get paid. Thanks for any info.

From my experience and everything I've read on this board, you may get paid, but not before you get a runaround and numerous excuses. (family emergencies, checks will go out on such and such date, etc.)

I did only one singning for them. I sent the tracking number by email, and they paid me in 30 days

In my experience, Accusigning hires the notary and then disappears. They don't return phone calls, or e-mails and they DON'T pay. If I were you, I would never work for them again. They are the WORST in my experience. I dealt with Jeanna Moreno out of the Loomis, CA office. I hope you get paid, but PLEASE don't give them a second chance! If you don't get paid, consider it a lesson learned.

I can tell you from 2 experiences with accusigning, that you may get paid after lots of run around. The first signing I did for them it took 5 week and lots of calls and nastiness from Steve. 2nd signing, I did on feb 23/24 (forget the exact date) and I'm still looking for a check. I have left more messages that I care to remember. I have spoken to Barbara (Steve's wife) 2x and she said she'd get back to me. Spoke to Steve and he said check to go out within 1 week, that was on 3/23/06. As of today 4/24/06 no check. Hummmm big surprise.

Called Steve today, check was cut on 3/26/06 and has not cleared his bank, big surprise there as you actually have to print it and mail it to be received. :-) I would never do another signing. If you do a search on their name you will find more negatives and maybe 1 or 2 postives about steve and barb personally, but not about payment!

I believe they also have an office in Jacksonville. Theydon't have money cuz they have a lazy way of doing their book keeping They took forever paying us...and then they over paid us several times mnths apart and we could not figure out what she was doing and why? We could had cashed the check and had the extra cash...instead, we voided it and returned it and told her these funds don't belong to us. She did that to us twice. She is originally from California and I remember she told me she also has an office in California. They seem to run both office the same way at times. Either that she has incompetent staff in Florida.

I did a signing and then two days later a re-sign. They approved all of my fees, but when I invoiced them, they just paid for the first signing. I had to bug them several months to get the re-sign fee, and then they shorted it $10. After trying to get that paid via phone calls, Faxes, letters (w/ cc to BBB), I gave up. Was spending more than the $10 trying to get it back. Won't ever work for them again!

I just accepted a signing from Accusigning, Jeanna Moreno, this morning. It is for tomorrow, June 25, 2006. I read your email and now am worried that I won't get paid. I think I will contact Countrywide Home Loans on Monday and express my concerns. Maybe they can be back doored into paying on time or loose business from one of their accounts?
