Acme,& Southwest Notary Service and Trust Notary Services

These 2 companies have cheated me out of quite a bit of money. I have called and emailed NNA and they have only "cute" little answers that I am sure we all have tried to no avail. A local Notary has suggested we try "Judge Judy". Any solutions???

Sure Judge Judy rule for them to pay and then you need to actually get the money.....

I know it's late in evening but you might try linking to the business licensing section of your local AG's office and see who is registered as licensed vendor to do business and go through the AG's office to file complaint against their license.

The NNA is usless... They are only interested in having people join thier association. I have complained in person. And although, they say all the right things. They do nothing to protect thier members from people like these.

And by the by, I sued and won in small claims court against Acme Notary/Brian Teter President. Pursuing collection of monies owed now.
