Another Non-Payment

I should have checked this website first instead of taking 2 jobs with SignaturesPlus. The first time I called for payment (back in Feb for 2 Jan closings), they said they would FEDEX a check to me immediately. I knew that wasn't going to happen. It's April and no checks. I did try to contact the Lender, Home Loan Center which hasn't returned my calls either. I'm sure they will say they paid SignaturesPlus but even so, they need to hear that this Signing Company is not paying their notaries. I guess that is one way to let the Lenders know not to use certain signing companies. Was there anything on Ameridocs not paying? Where can we go again to check these companies to see if they are paying? Thank you.

Sorry to hear of your dilema. I've been pretty successful finding out the "non" paying companies using the search button on this website. Presently, I gave this one company a chance that has not paid me in over 60 days. The comments on this board were he pays - but he pays late. Well, this morning I had my legal service send a demand for payment letter. We should not have to wait over 45 days to receive our money.

I also want to send out a big thank you to all of the companies that pay even sooner ---Pacific Document Services, Vital Signings and Docs2U.

Add PRO-SIGNING SVCS to the SS that pays very fast. I've been paid every time and within 3 weeks from invoice date. They are great Co to work with!
