Any S. Crolinians out there?? Mt. Pleasant?

I have a quick question regarding an offering for a waterfront condo-hotel-retail project fronting Coleman Blvd and Mill St and a the creek that borders Patriot Point on the other. I keep hearing that the Charleston area is getting hot Does anyone know what waterfront condos are going for in the area? From the Aerial photo's I have the site looks like the area is very industrial.

Of course this does not apply to you Smile But there is a saying that goes something like.....A poor workman always finds fault with his tools. We must be using the same type of computer, I find I'm always correcting it.

Spell check! NOT

I don't know if anyone else remembers but a number of years ago there used to be a paragraph circulating around that was terribly misspelled but would have passed spell check. I've looked for it and looked for it but have never been able to find it, maybe somone else can help.

Oh my GOD Charles! You are sooooo correct. That is how I chose my name. "Nights in White Satin", Moody Blues. My favorite song from back in the day! You are awesome!

That would seem to be a fair assessment.
