Actually, you are mistaken, Becca. I think you have us mixed up with another "Accurate". We are NOT out of Florida, we are and always have been in Ohio, just south of Cleveland. Feel free to verify it with the state and anywhere else you'd care to look it up. Lastly, never once have we ever sent out a package that was "incomplete" or "missing docs" and the longest it takes us to pay our notaries is 2 weeks. Just a little FYI.
