Assignment of Mortgage

On the Assignment of Mortgage there is a notarization required. My question is who notarizes this document, the borrower's notary at the closing or the Mortgage company's notary at the time of assignment?

Does the Assignment of Mortgage have place to the borrower's to sign? If you were to notarize the document, who's identity are you verifying?

The answer is to leave this form COMPLETELY BLANK. Someone with the authority at the mortgage company will sign this paper and have one of their in house notaries complete the notarization.
