CalPro Notary

I recieved a strange phone call from this company. They were following up on an app I sent them, but I don't recall doing that. After asking me a bunch of stupid questions, they then wanted me to fax them a W-9, and Notary stamp. I refused, and said after I complete a signing for them I will send W-9.
Is this a legit company?
