Question: have any of you attempted to send outstanding invoice for nonpaying SS to collection agencies?
I am looking for some creative ways to collect on invoices.

After several collection attempts I e-mailed them a link to the CA Secretary of State's office and indicated that I was going to register a complaint with that office (co rep was a notary also) and file a complaint with the AG's office for questionable business practices. I rec'd a response within a couple of days and a check couple of days after that.

Just curious, AZ, why CA? Did you know the SS was CA-based?
