Darn Cheapo's.

I was in a pretty rare but excellent mood yesterday afternoon. I was sitting in my office printing docs for a signing that I had last night and my phone rings... it's another one of the Cheapo Companies.

The very nice lady asks me if I am available for a signing on Friday evening, and I say that I am. She offer's me $50.

I respond, sure no problem. Overnight the documents to the borrower, have them sign everything except the docs to be notarized, give them my address and have them bring those docs to my office for notarization.

Needless to say, I didn't get the assignment... lol.

I agree...too many cheapo companies

NREIS wanted me to drive 46 miles round trip to do one of their CW Mods for $45. I asked for just a bit more since the last few they gave me were just a few miles from my home and they said they couldn't. I declined the closing.
